Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.

As a friendly bunch of people, we want you to be happy with the outfit so that you can flaunt it & get compliments 🙂

What is our return policy?

We take returns very seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged: This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All outfits pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.

Size Mismatch: Oh no! Did you happen to order the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to help you on this.

Did not like the product: Hmmm, don’t worry! You can still return the product and choose another amazing outfit!

You can return the Product within 7 days of delivery. In case of Jewellery You can return and exchange within 24 hours of delivery with compulsory unpacking video required. Return and exchange in Jewellery only applicable in case of damage during Transit shipping.    Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We’re sure that while raising a return request, you will take care of the below points which will help our returns team to quickly process your request:
Of course, you can’t resist trying an outfit and admiring yourself in the mirror with it! But please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged.

Do I need to pay for my returns?

Nay! Don’t worry about this. We have this covered for you. In case of any special situations where we are not able to collect the Product, please ship it to the address below and we will reimburse the cost to you. Please do not forget to save the shipping receipt 🙂

Blush with us make best effort to complete all your orders placed. However, due to some reasons like limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc. Thus in these circumstances we are unable to process your orders and must cancel the same. Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled.


You will find a cancellation button on the order detail of your profile from there you will cancel your order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.


We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was done by Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking or UPI, we will refund in your Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking and UPI account respectively. If the payment mode was Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the money to your Bank Account only. User would need to add/share bank account details with us. Typically refunds take 3-7 Business days to get reflected in Bank Account. However is few cases it may be delayed. In some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to reflect the credit posted on the card.  Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees charged against the order will not subjected for refund.

 Any taxes and levied /liabilities charged by public authority- will not be refunded

Any taxes and levied /liabilities charged by any public authority (Central/State/local authority or any public authority who is empowered to charged such taxes) will not be refunded in any case. No request/ communication will be entertained by us.

Returns/exchange Policy

Blush with us committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept    returns/exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery as follows:-


For safe and hassle free return of jewellery, valuable customer are requested to make a video of unpacking of product properly, because if any damage / default occurred during transit of product, may be captured and the same will upload in our website at the time of return/exchange request. Any fault / damage occurred after unpacking of product, your request for return/exchange will not be entertained and no refund will be issued for same. We are reserve the right to disallow the refund without proper video of unpacking of product is to be returned.


In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from blush with us, is not received in good condition, i.e damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return/exchange the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags. For return of product, a return request must be raised within 7 DAYS of receiving of product.

Exchange will be done only once on per product from our side, For second time exchange customer have to bear the shipping charges for both sides forward & reverse.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact/write to customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund back the order amount to you.

In case your location supports reverse pickup, we shall be arranging a reverse pickup of the products from your location free of cost. You just need to pack the products properly and hand over the packet with our address to the courier person who we will arrange to come to your doorsteps. Please retain the original receipt/POD given by courier personal.

Usual time of reverse pickup is 1-7 business days from the date of return/exchange request, however in certain unavoidable circumstances it may be longer. Customer shall get full refund amount entitled as per the policy if the request is raised within stipulated returns allowed time window and need not to worry about reverse pickup delays.

In case reverse pickup is not possible from your location, we will request you to send the products (where shipping charges not applicable) to us via courier on your own and we will refund the courier amount to the maximum of rupee 99 subject to submission of courier receipt via email and receiving of product with original condition without any damage and defects. No refund of shipping charges (Forward and Reverse) in the products (order amount less than INR 699) where shipping charges applicable. Ensuring that the product reaches un-damaged in our warehouse in this case is customer’s responsibility hence we recommend using only reputed courier services and claim refund from them directly in case the package is lost by them.

Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process.

We strive to have the returns process as quick as possible however customer cannot claim any interest/penalty due to reverse pickup, transit or any other returns processing delays.

We hold the right to cancel the order placed by the customer OR refuse the return request in case the customer has returned too many orders.

In case of multiple products order, return request should be placed together for all the products you want to return.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy and these accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept COD shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our valuable customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs.99 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns.

NOTE: Products that have been tampered with, altered and/or used cannot be returned.

Under what condition will my return not get accepted?

Generally, we are flexible in our returns policy and we ensure all genuine return claims are processed at the earliest. However, we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:

  • Used/washed outfits
  • Original packaging not provided
  • Customized outfits
  • Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
